Eden in Ruin by Sleep Token – Premium TCG Playmat
I ordered sleep token playmats, unfortunately one playmat arrived frayed/damaged through the bag it comes with. My order took over a month to complete and from that experience with their customer service detoured me from contacting them again for a second time for my package arriving damaged. For the price of their products, I would highly not recommend EpicDesk products to anyone.
I did not take pictures of the outcome because I just threw it away. What a waste of time and money. Just sad.
As a fan of Sleep Token, I love my new mat! I use it for my tarot readings and it provides a lovely, stable, and clean surface for my cards. The quality of the print is fantastic, the mat itself is sturdy and noticeably well-made. Love it!

Larger than I thought it would be which is no problem and the artistry looks amazing
So I ordered the Sleep Token XL Desk mat on December 22nd. It showed it shipped the next day, December 23rd. I emailed customer service after it got lost in transit after almost two weeks. They told me I could get a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement. They refused the replacement because the tracking had updated. Mind you, they shipped it from Nevada, I’m only one state over in Arizona, somehow it ended up in Puerto Rico. Not their fault, sure, but very inconvenient that they wouldn’t just ship another one. Just received it today, and it’s not even the right desk mat. It’s a Minecraft one, not Sleep Token.
I won’t ever purchase from here again.
I’m a huge Sleep Token fan and saw the ad for your mats on Instagram. I decided to check it out and though I saw the price tag I didn’t freak, I figured,”this is going to be worth the money, their partnership is hard to get at this time so it has to be worth it.” I recieved it rather quickly, and was excited to try out the mat when I brought it to my new job in an office, my coworkers love to see it, it keeps my wrists comfortable, it’s durable, and the design is perfect. Thank you guys! I’ll definitely look to you for more desk projects.

Definitely one of the best mousepads I've used, though.
It spans my whole desk and feels nice. pretty good. If I need another mouse pad I will buy from them again.
Purchased Sleep Token desk mat. Product has decent material, but the coloring doesn't match the shop photo. Far paler in comparison.
Arrived over a week late. Reached out to Customer Service, which only failed to respond until 5 days after the message was sent, and conveniently after the package was delivered.
So much for 24hr support time frame.
Also, harasses you with "review our product" emails as if you weren't already dissatisfied with their entire operation. One star.

The desk mat was not cheap but once I got it I realized why…the quality is exceptional. The mat is thick and heavy duty. I gave it 4 stars because trying to get ahold of customer service was a pain. I hadn’t received my product after a month of it being shipped (not sellers fault…USPS issue) but I emailed twice per their website instructions with no response at all. Filled out the form online after that and no response. Finally I reached out via Discord (I’m just a mom ordering a gift for my son so I had no idea how that works but I figured it out haha) but they almost immediately responded via Discord. Customer service needs work but I suggest if you have questions go straight to Discord to get an answer.
This thing is great, the mouse glide is remarkable and the packaging it came in was unique.
