Refund policy

REFUNDS:

Our top priority is to deliver to customers our best work. Our company values quality control and shipping of all products. If your product arrives with a misprint/defect, please contact us immediately at support@epicdesk.shop Please reach out within 7 days of receiving our products with misprints/defects. After 7 days we will not honor a refund or replacement for our product. 

Note that while assessing damages (all refunds will be on a case-by-case basis) we will not honor a refund/replacement of our product if we see the damage was made by the customer. 

Please note that if your package was damaged during shipping you will need to contact the shipping carrier. We are not liable/responsible for damages caused by the shipping company. 

Orders can’t be modified after shipping (please contact support@epicdesk.shop  immediately if your order needs to be modified)

Refunds are not accepted if you changed your mind after receiving our products.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Replacements are only allowed when Epic Desk assesses your case and determines defect/misprint as our mistake.


CANCELLATIONS: 

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours of your purchases. Please contact support@epicdesk.shop 

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped. All orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. All orders have tracking, if tracking has been purchased, the shipment can’t be cancelled. 


FAILED SHIPPING:

Epic Desk is not responsible for any failed shipping due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. (If you have entered a wrong address, please contact support@epicdesk.shop  immediately) Once the shipping label/tracking number has been created, it cannot be cancelled. Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to cover any import fees/duty fees/import duties for their respective country. Epic Desk is not responsible for any failed shipping due to unclaimed orders sent back from any Customs Offices. 

If a package fails to deliver and Epic Desk receives the package back, we will do one of two options:

1. Issue a refund minus $15 restocking fee

2. Resend the product with the correct address but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
