I purchased the Product and it was shipped normally. However it got stuck at the customs for a week. I received a letter from ten customs, telling me that the sender (epic desks) did not give the correct/sufficient data.
I had to pay 14€ on top of the regular price.
I tried to contact customer service, I send emails to the support, I tried everything.
A week later - 7 whole days - I got an answer.
Not via email but via chatbot-text window.
It didn't notify me abou any answer... Since it's a chatbot-text window.
I answered 2 days later.
Never heard from anything again.
I left my email multiple times, all I got was promos and newsletters.
I gave up eventually because the whole hassle isn't worth 14€.
I will never order there again.
The mousepad is very pretty and good quality, hence the 1 star.
Absolutely beautiful. Nothing quite like a desk pad covered in (printed) Bringus mystery goop stains. 10/10 I love it. Now to get a desk I can fit it on.

The quality of the mat and the print is outstanding. So, the quality of epic desk mat are superb. 4 stars is because the layout of the image make it so most of the ducks are hidden under my (TKL) keyboard. If august ever make another desk mat, please consider under what it'll be used so there's more of the scenery showing :)
OK realistically I bought this just to support dungeons and discourse YouTube page. This is probably the best play Matt I have far away and I have multiple custom made play mats from other people plus a bunch of ones and this is the best by far really high quality
The product looks good, but the customer service has been much less than satisfactory. Still waiting for a contact back on an issue. Will gladly change review if the issue is resolved well.

The build quality of this mat exceedes my standars, and is plenty big enough for a full-size keyboard & enough mousing surface to remain. It's also thicker than other desk pads I've used, and ends up being a pretty nice wrist rest as well.
And then the Bringus desk design is truly top notch, it's so cool to look at every day!

This mat is great. There are many copy cats selling cheap knock offs. You get what you pay for.
My only gripe: limited time designs. Leave the fomo for Fortnite battle passes.
Mat is great and heavy duty doesnt feel like the cheap amazon mats that are out there. Worth every penny.
I really love the design of the desk mat. Especially how the submarine turned out along with the little facts about it. The quality of the material is also superb.

got it, took it out, did a quick check and then put it back. purely to make sure it was good and not damaged. I can't truly enjoy this until i clean my desk off so it'll fit. but before that i have to make my new standing desk with the teak wood top. but before that i have to clean my room. but before that i have the clean the house. also i'm still on the look out for the just right wood case. but all of the above happens first. TLDR I have ADHD and the mouse pad is absolutely top notch. Thank you Bringus Studios for developing this!
Quality is amazing, super thick and soft. the art is high def and very very very very cute. I am a fan of the collabs with artists and creators.
Bought it as a gift for my partner, he loves ducks so this was an obvious choice! Love it!
