Imagine you were on a pirate ship in the 16th century. It took you 3 years to build your ship, finally it's done. You set sail and you see another ship in the distance. Immediately you knew you were about to go into battle and you could possibly die that day. And the thing is it wasn't even like you were going to war to fight for your country. It was strictly because you were a thief stealing from people on the high seas. This was the life of a pirate. Crazy to think about, huh?
