It’s amazing

The quality of it is silky smooth, it’s flexible & sticks to your desk, like it doesn’t move around with your sudden movements. Tried cleaning it with hot water and let it dry for about 2hrs and nothing changed, felt the same as when I unpacked it. Absolutely worth the money!

Lovely product awful delivery

Lovely product the mousepad but awful delivery. Took about one month to reach europe and was sent from the US via UK (still don't understand why being a country outside EU). Paid the delivery to be sent by post, at that price usually others send by courier via plane (small parcel).. but yeah first and last time I purchase from the USA

Habe am 03. Dezember bestellt und es sollte eigentlich ein Geburtstagsgeschenk zum 4. Januar werden, steckte angeblich mehrere Wochen im Zoll fest, Kundendienst hat überhaupt nicht geholfen und zur Belohnung musste ich jetzt einmal 21€ und jetzt noch mal 15€ Gebühren obendrauf zahlen, obwohl die Versandkosten sowieso schon wahnsinnig hoch sind und ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass bei der Höhe wenigstens anteilmäßig die Zollgebühren erstattet werden. Sollte mal eine Sendung kontrolliert werden. Selbstverständlich kam sie auch nicht rechtzeitig zum 18. Geburtstag meines Sohnes und vom Kundendienst immer nur lapidare, kurze Antworten und sonst nichts. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

surface fabric

We use a blend of polyester/spandex that is extremely unique in it's properties. First off, it is a very smooth gliding fabric with good stopping power for gaming. Because of its dense weave, artwork prints brilliantly on them. In addition, they are very easy to clean and don't develop dead spots over time. This fabric is preferred by the majority of the gaming content creators we work with!

thickness matters

Most mouse pads are 2mm or 3mm thick. They slide around on the desk, there's not much support there for your wrist and arms. Here at Epic Desk we decided to create our mouse pads with comfort and practicality in mind, every mouse pad is 4mm thick.

Stitching

Each mouse pad has sewn edges that aren't raised but rather sits flush. We also use a high quality thread designed to not irritate your skin. Depending on the style of artwork, we will either use a white thread stitched over the artwork or we will do an all black seam around the edges.
