I ordered sleep token playmats, unfortunately one playmat arrived frayed/damaged through the bag it comes with. My order took over a month to complete and from that experience with their customer service detoured me from contacting them again for a second time for my package arriving damaged. For the price of their products, I would highly not recommend EpicDesk products to anyone.
I did not take pictures of the outcome because I just threw it away. What a waste of time and money. Just sad.
As a fan of Sleep Token, I love my new mat! I use it for my tarot readings and it provides a lovely, stable, and clean surface for my cards. The quality of the print is fantastic, the mat itself is sturdy and noticeably well-made. Love it!

Larger than I thought it would be which is no problem and the artistry looks amazing
So I ordered the Sleep Token XL Desk mat on December 22nd. It showed it shipped the next day, December 23rd. I emailed customer service after it got lost in transit after almost two weeks. They told me I could get a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement. They refused the replacement because the tracking had updated. Mind you, they shipped it from Nevada, I’m only one state over in Arizona, somehow it ended up in Puerto Rico. Not their fault, sure, but very inconvenient that they wouldn’t just ship another one. Just received it today, and it’s not even the right desk mat. It’s a Minecraft one, not Sleep Token.
I won’t ever purchase from here again.
I’m a huge Sleep Token fan and saw the ad for your mats on Instagram. I decided to check it out and though I saw the price tag I didn’t freak, I figured,”this is going to be worth the money, their partnership is hard to get at this time so it has to be worth it.” I recieved it rather quickly, and was excited to try out the mat when I brought it to my new job in an office, my coworkers love to see it, it keeps my wrists comfortable, it’s durable, and the design is perfect. Thank you guys! I’ll definitely look to you for more desk projects.
