I ordered my Purple Mountain Majesty deskmat on 12/10/2025. It shipping on the 12th, and was delivered on the 16th. I was blown away by how quickly it arrived.
The quality of the materials is so nice, better than any other mat I’ve used. This is a premium product at a great price!
The artwork is beautiful and really looks awesome on my desk in my home office.

I ordered this pad 70 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. I don't know if there's a mistake, but it was supposed to arrive over two months ago! It was expensive, and if I don't receive a delivery notification, I'll file a complaint.
Super nice desk mat. Only issues are that I wish the blacks were darker and it has a really strong smell for a week when you first open it

The service was horrible, my initial order was lost and after 10 days of zero communication from Epic desk, a "reorder" was put in and it still took 2 weeks before it got here.

The deskmat itself is good quality, feels nice, and the image looks sharp. But the time it took to actually fulfill the order to even been shipped out was very long, longer than advertised and longer than expected. When asked about it, customer support essentially just said “we’re backed up”.
So, if you order one and need it at a specific time for a gift or something, order it at least a month or more in advance of when you think you should.
