Creator Bio: Xavii has been playing ARK for over 7 years, starting his channel back in 2019. While he has never been known for his skill, he is notoriously a "jack of all trades" focusing on a wide variety of ARK PvP content for his audience to enjoy, whilst retaining his personality and incorporating the many aspects of survival. The mousepad touches on Xavii's love of early game serenity, along with the release of the primitive-style remaster, ARK: Survival Ascended.

Absolute masterpiece

From the day I replaced my old mousepad (slightly damp from tea spills) with the Epicdesk one I knew I was never switching back. The massive space accommodates my keyboard and mouse well and the quality is genuinely great, with comfortable cushion and support for my wrists and the mouse gliding across it seamlessly. My design having great detail and being printed well helps too!

Worst Purchasing and customer service - 0/10 - Do Not Recommend

SIX weeks to finally receive a desk pad that was "in stock"
I waited 12 days before reaching out and then every interaction took 3 to 4 email exchanges with auto response BOTS before reaching what *seemed* like maybe a human... who then would be incredibly dismissive and rude.
They "lost" my first order and issued me another order without ever informing me of any changes.
It took more than 30 emails before I finally had to write 2 tickets through the website to get someone to finally pay attention and take action.
Through the entire experience, I was never given any information about what was happening and was just told to CANCEL my order if I was dissatisfied.
I was... but I wanted the pad, and to be treated like a human.
Deplorable service
As far as the mousepad. It's just a big mousepad. Nothing particularly amazing.
I only wanted this one because it fior my desk and I liked the art.
Not really worth the hassle. Honestly surprised they even finally managed to send it and not just take my money. Felt like that might have happened.

Worst shipping ever

The deskmat is actually good, but the customer service regarding shipping to european countries is very bad. If you live outside the US I heavily don't reccomend buying anything from Epic Desk because all the taxes are very painful to deal with and are going to cost you a fortune.

surface fabric

We use a blend of polyester/spandex that is extremely unique in it's properties. First off, it is a very smooth gliding fabric with good stopping power for gaming. Because of its dense weave, artwork prints brilliantly on them. In addition, they are very easy to clean and don't develop dead spots over time. This fabric is preferred by the majority of the gaming content creators we work with!

thickness matters

Most mouse pads are 2mm or 3mm thick. They slide around on the desk, there's not much support there for your wrist and arms. Here at Epic Desk we decided to create our mouse pads with comfort and practicality in mind, every mouse pad is 4mm thick.

Stitching

Each mouse pad has sewn edges that aren't raised but rather sits flush. We also use a high quality thread designed to not irritate your skin. Depending on the style of artwork, we will either use a white thread stitched over the artwork or we will do an all black seam around the edges.
