Not happy

I did not receive Dansgaming Horror Month Gaming Mouse Pad Deskmat.l have received any response of any kind.this is the first since I ordered it first week of October. I figured it was stuck at the border.Not Happy very disappointed l didn’t receive it thanks for asking Mike Bourguignon

Good quality, arrived with no issue

Great Deskmat but shipping was horrendous

Love it! It looks and feels great. The colors are so vibrant. Glad i made the purchase.

However… the shipping was awful to say the least. Waited a whole month (even though the package was already in my country) and i had to pay like extra 30€ to get it to me. And that’s just because epic Desk forgot to fill out some information for my package.

But still, the deskmat is great and i honestly don’t want to ruin it with my bad shipping experience. But that extra 30€ (+ the import fee) is a hard pill to swallow especially when you consider I’m a poor student with limited amount of money.

We use a blend of polyester/spandex that is extremely unique in it's properties. First off, it is a very smooth gliding fabric with good stopping power for gaming. Because of its dense weave, artwork prints brilliantly on them. In addition, they are very easy to clean and don't develop dead spots over time. This fabric is preferred by the majority of the gaming content creators we work with!

thickness matters

Most mouse pads are 2mm or 3mm thick. They slide around on the desk, there's not much support there for your wrist and arms. Here at Epic Desk we decided to create our mouse pads with comfort and practicality in mind, every mouse pad is 4mm thick.

Stitching

Each mouse pad has sewn edges that aren't raised but rather sits flush. We also use a high quality thread designed to not irritate your skin. Depending on the style of artwork, we will either use a white thread stitched over the artwork or we will do an all black seam around the edges.
