The mouse pad arrived in great condition — excellent quality and no damage. Please note that at the time of writing, there may be some delivery delays due to customs, especially if the package is going to Germany (and possibly other countries as well). There might also be additional charges or fees related to customs.
Despite that, the support team did an excellent job — they responded quickly and helped resolve all issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase!

i ordered from germany it got stuck at customs i had to pay 15€ because they didn’t know the value of the mousepad idk why then i had to pay 18€ more to get it over the border. not a problem but would be nice to know before that i still need to pay so much to get it to my house
