The deskmat looks amazing. The customer service, however, is the star here. The day that my deskmat was to be delivered, I received an email from the company telling me that they accidentally sent the wrong deskmat and that they are sending the correct one right away. I didn't have to pay anything to return the incorrect one and since it was their error they let me keep that incorrect one. The one I ordered took an extra week to get here, but the way that the customer service handled their error was top notch. I will be ordering from them again in the future. When I initially ordered, I was sent the wrong desk mat. I sent them a chat in discord and they promptly shipped me the correct one, and I was able to keep the wrong one and I gifted it to a friend of mine. That was very nice of them and I will definitely be buying more from them!

I have never received my correct order. I was notified the wrong on was mailed and the correct one would benefit. I have yet to receive me correct ordered and it was order a month ago. Still nothing! This was a Christmas gift and I willing never order again after this experience.
Had some issues with delivery(primarily me putting in the wrong shipping address) but other than that the desk mat is FIRE!
I love that they collaborated with sleep token, but man the actual image quality isn’t that great. Very blurry compared to others I’ve owned and this was a premium price.

I bought this desk mat over a month ago. Waited two weeks for it to even leave the store for shipment. Once shipped it was returned to sender because they didn’t include my full address. Now I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to even hear anything back about what is going on with my order after having provided and updated address. All about trying to help out smaller companies, but this has been an absolute joke.
Item was shipped and has been stuck in transit since Dec 7th. Tried contacting USPS but the item hasn't been "missing" long enough to dispute. Really excited to get the desk pads I ordered but still waiting:(
Large. You can fit so many lands on this bad boy. Silky smooth on the top, good’n grippy on the bottom. Printed design is sharp. Would absolutely recommend these mats.
