Shipping is awful, took 2 months due to brexit + incompetence to file export papers correctly, support didnt answer mails, didnt answer webtool either

The quality of the mat and the print is outstanding. So, the quality of epic desk mat are superb. 4 stars is because the layout of the image make it so most of the ducks are hidden under my (TKL) keyboard. If august ever make another desk mat, please consider under what it'll be used so there's more of the scenery showing :)
OK realistically I bought this just to support dungeons and discourse YouTube page. This is probably the best play Matt I have far away and I have multiple custom made play mats from other people plus a bunch of ones and this is the best by far really high quality
The product looks good, but the customer service has been much less than satisfactory. Still waiting for a contact back on an issue. Will gladly change review if the issue is resolved well.
